you know you haven't blogged for a while when you forget the name of the publishing system and how to get to it....
luckily i was browsing around lesley's blog and found the key.
i am sitting here with a glass of green cordial and a bag of m&m's - which the easter bunny forgot about - lucky me. i get two weeks of holidays, a short break from tafe but it is appreaciated. i have a bit of the flu, but i also have sudafed so that's keeping me bright eyed.
lisa and i spent the whole weekend gardening, we did a top job, it's so cool. we made raised garden beds with hay bails and buidt a little fence around the whole thing so the dog from downstairs can't use it as a toilet.
i have been very negative lately towards the chick downstairs - a friend - because she owns three cats and a dog. her housemate, who is lovely, is alergic to cats and therefore is mostly confined to her room or has to escape to the backyard. the dog shits around the clothesline so you don't notice until you're you are hanging up washing or taking it off. the three cats hunt animals and bring them back to the backyard or near the front door. they are not kept in at night either. on top of her housemate being allergic to cats, so is lisa. and the chick's daughter, who is here in school holidays is also allergic to them, so of course she just dose's her daughter up with medication. it's just crap. we have to keep our door shut, our only way out of the house as we are on the second floor, because otherwise if she leaves her front door open the cats wander upstairs and either stalk buster, our bunny, or send lisa into a fit of sneezing. we;ve talked to her, left her notes, lisa has written her letters and she still totally disregards how everyone else in the house feels. her housemate is even looking for somewhere else to live because she just can't cope with the cats - plus her bf is allergic too. oh, and yesterday we found out that a friend might move in downstairs if the room becomes available which is cool cos she's a great person but she also owns a CAT.
